Our elementary PTOs continue to organize wonderful multicultural festivals. Recently at Washington, 24 countries offered crafts, food, language, and geography lessons, distributing over 150 passports to young travelers, who collected stamps as they toured each country.

Jefferson 3rd graders recently shared their nonfiction magazines with their 2nd grade schoolmates, reading together, answering questions, and identifying the various text features that were used throughout their projects.

The April 16 budget vote and board election is fast approaching. Please consider attending one of the district's last two community engagement sessions to have your questions answered before going to the polls.
