Friday, October 25, 2024 - Halloween spirit filled the Lincoln Early Childhood Center as students celebrated with the annual Halloween Class Parties and Parade. In a festive tradition, students donned their most creative costumes and joyfully paraded down the hallways, much to the delight of families and staff members. The parade was a true spectacle, with costumes ranging from classic pumpkins, ghosts, and witches to superheroes, animals, and characters from beloved stories. Marching in line, students strutted to the beat of familiar Halloween tunes like “Monster Mash” and “Ghostbusters,” their faces lit with excitement as they waved to onlookers.
Students also enjoy festivities with lively Halloween-themed parties. Inside classrooms, students gathered for a lineup of seasonal stories and crafts designed to capture the magic of Halloween. From painting pumpkin scenes to making spooky masks, each activity encouraged students to tap into their creativity. In the spirit of friendly competition, students also enjoyed games like pin-the-hat on the witch and candy corn counting, adding laughter and cheer to the day.
The success of these parties was made possible by the efforts of our class parents, who helped organize and run the activities. Thanks to their planning and enthusiasm, each classroom was transformed into a Halloween wonderland. Their support ensured that each student could enjoy a fun-filled celebration.
